How to cook bread in batter step by step with photos


Beat egg with salt, pepper and milk. Add flour and continue beating with a whisk.

Grate bell peppers on a fine grater, stir up the batter. Dip breads in batter on both sides.

Fry breads on a well heated frying pan on both sides in oil.
