How to cook appetizer "crocodile eggs" step by step with photos

Boil the eggs until the yolk is hard boiled. Halve the egg, take out the yolks and beat the yolks with a fork.

Finely chop cucumbers and onion. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Create the crocodile. Cucumber slit on one side - it will be Crocodile's mouth. To open it, put a piece of cheese or onion in it - it's teeth. Cut triangular teeth on the crocodile's back with a sharp knife. Use a toothpick to prick the cucumber and put a clove in the punctures - the eyes.

Mix the yolks, cucumber, onion and cheese. Add mayonnaise and mix well. I don't add salt. The stuffing is ready. Stuff the eggs and... put our crocodiles on them. My son made the crocodiles. Bon appétit! And have fun cooking!
