Crunchy toast in an omelette

A very quick breakfast of the usual products. Scrambled eggs with herbs, onions, eggplant and crunchy croutons inside. Help yourself!
Ingredients for crunchy croutons in an omelette:

Chicken egg

(you can do without it - I had a cooked one)

Wheat flour

Flour

1 tablepoon

Baton

3 slices.

Butter
(for frying)

2 tablespoon
How to cook crispy toast in an omelette step by step with photos

Beat eggs with a fork. |

Finely chop dill and onion. |
|
Add dill and chopped onion to the eggs.
Stir and season with salt. |
|
I added pre-cooked eggplant.
I cut it into small pieces. But you can do without it. |
|
Add flour and milk and mix. |
|
Cut the loaf into strips. |
|
The dough is divided into two parts.
I fry it in butter.
The first part of the dough we place on a heated frying pan with butter. |
|
Immediately on top of the dough we place the loaf.
And fry it for a couple of minutes. |
|
Then flip it over.
And fry the bread well until it's golden and crispy. |
|
Take it off the frying pan.
And fry the second part of the omelet on both sides. |
|
Then we place the omelet on the bread.
And serve at once!
The crouton is crispy inside and the omelet is soft and flavorful! |
