How to cook poached eggs for breakfast step by step with photos

Grease muffin molds, or similar, with butter. |

Take the strips of meat and line the muffin tin with them, greased side down. |

Crack an egg and sprinkle greens on top. |

Send it to oven heated up to 180 degrees till eggs are ready (about 20-25 minutes).
Take out, sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven until melted. |

Take out, remove from molds, and serve immediately.
