  • Ham (sliced) - 22 pcs
  • Hard cheese
  • Greens
  • Butter (for greasing)

How to cook poached eggs for breakfast step by step with photos


Grease muffin molds, or similar, with butter.

Take the strips of meat and line the muffin tin with them, greased side down.

Crack an egg and sprinkle greens on top.

Send it to oven heated up to 180 degrees till eggs are ready (about 20-25 minutes). Take out, sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven until melted.
