Egg in a Cup

There are different ways to make scrambled eggs... Here's a variation.
This dish is interesting, unusual in that it's served in cups! It's not hard to make, you have to try it!
Ingredients for Egg in a Cup:

Eggs
(raw)

3 pcs

Ham
(cooked-smoked)
-
100 g
-
Hard cheese
(any)
-
30 g
-
Butter
(for greasing)
-
Spices
(salt, pepper)
How to cook an egg in a cup step by step with photos

Prepare ingredients for the recipe. |

Slice the ham into thin slices.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Grease the bowls with oil and line them with the slices of ham.

Pour one egg into each cup, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese. |
|
Carefully place the cups in a saucepan (be sure to put a sheet of parchment so the cups don't crack!) with boiling water (about 1 cm of water) |
|
Cover with lid and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. (as the cheese melts). |
|
Carefully take out and decorate as you like |
