  • Chicken egg - 5 EA
  • Cream - 30 ml
  • Parsley (or cilantro) - 4 sprigs.
  • Coconut shavings - 2 tablespoon
  • Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Chili pepper (ground) - 1...2 pinch.
  • Turmeric - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sour cream (or yogurt to serve) - to taste

How to cook egg roll with potatoes step by step with photos


Cook potatoes until tender, mash, add cream, coconut, sesame seeds, sugar and chili. Stir well and add chopped herbs.
