  • Champignons - 100 g
  • Green peas - 100 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Crab meat - 100 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 6 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg - 6 pcs
  • Semisweet white wine (can be skipped) - 2 tablespoon
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook egg roll with rice and vegetable filling step by step with photos


Prepare ingredients

Cook rice in boiling water and boil after boiling for 25 minutes with salt. Meanwhile prepare three omelettes. Heat a frying pan with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Crack 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoon of milk.

Pour egg mixture into pan and fry on medium heat on both sides. Cook quickly. Once the edges are set, you can flip them over. Lightly fry the other side. Make three omelettes. Arrange them on the table.

Pour the rest of the oil into a pan and add the finely chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms. Fry until golden and lightly salted.

To the fried mushrooms and onions put crab meat, diced, green peas, frozen, it is supposed to be brighter, but in the absence of - added from the can. Pour in the wine, stir, and season with salt and pepper.

Take out the cooked rice after 25 minutes, let the water drain. Pour the rice into a pan, stir and turn off the heat. Place in a bowl, add ketchup and stir. Ketchup can be added immediately to the filling or you can drizzle it all over the omelet.

Visually divide the stuffing into three portions and place them on the omelets spread out on the table.

Roll up into a roll.

Top with ketchup and greens.
