Ingredients for egg roll with salmon:

How to cook egg roll with salmon step by step with photos

Cut the fish in small pieces, grate the cheese, finely chop the herbs (for me this dish tastes better with dill), beat the eggs with a whisk. |

Pour the eggs in a hot pan and wait till the eggs are fried on one side, then we put the fish in the center, put the cheese and dill on top, make a roll and fry it for a couple of minutes more. That's it, the roll is done. You can serve it with croutons and vegetables. Enjoy! |
