  • Rice - 100 g
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Cod liver - 50 g
  • Cucumber (fresh) - 1 pc
  • Sweet pepper (1/4 piece) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil (TM "Oleina") - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar (rice) - 1 tablespoon
  • Nori (leaf) - 1 pc


  • Soy sauce - 100 ml
  • Wasabi - 2 teaspoon
  • Ginger (pickled) - 50 g

How to cook egg rolls step by step with photos

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil rice in salted water, cut cucumber and bell bell pepper into julienne strips. Mix eggs in a bowl until smooth. Cut sheets of nori into long strips about 1 cm wide.

Add boiled rice to vinegar, stir and form the filling for the rolls of rice, cod liver and chopped cucumbers and bell peppers.

Pour a little oil into a heated frying pan. Reduce heat to medium-low.

Place a strip of nori sheet in the middle.

Pour about 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls of scrambled eggs along the whole length of the sheet.

Once it's slightly set, place the rice filling on one edge and roll up neatly.

Once roll is done, slide it to the edge of the pan. While the rest of the rolls are cooking, the previous rolls will gradually finish cooking.

Cook all the rolls this way.

That's it, a beautiful, hearty and unusual lunch or dinner is ready. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
