How to cook egg and cheese pancakes step by step with photos


Heat a frying pan (diameter 24 cm) with 0.5 tablespoons vegetable oil. Beat egg and salt. Pour egg in, rocking from side to side so the egg spreads all over the pan. Fry the egg until soft brown on both sides. Repeat with another egg and remaining butter.

Shred the cheese. Put cheese in the middle of each pancake. Wrap the pancake in an envelope and brown a little on one side and the other - during this time the cheese melts.
