Delicious and easy salad that you can also spread on bread.

Ingredients for our egg salad dressing.

Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes, cool them, peel and cut into small cubes, you can use an egg slicer.
Take salmon crumbles out of a tin, put on a sieve to let the oil run off, add to the chopped eggs, mix them well.
Add mayonnaise and stir to combine. I do not add a lot of mayonnaise.
That's it, the salad is ready.
You can add finely chopped fresh dill - it harmonizes well with these products.

This salad can be spread on bread or a bun (I prefer bread), you can also stuff tartlets with it.
Decorate with a sprig of dill or a slice of egg and serve. |
