  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
  • Parmesan - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice (or lime) - 1 tablespoon
  • Red Hot Pepper (Optional, to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Allspice (to taste)
  • Petiole celery - 1 pc
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bread
  • Spinach (fresh)

How to cook egg salad appetizer step by step with photos

Boil eggs and cut into small cubes.

Finely chop celery.

Prepare the dressing. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Mix eggs with celery and dress with sauce. Stir well. Cover with cling film and leave in fridge to cool. For about an hour.

Cut the bread into squares.

Spread on one square of the lettuce, cover with the second square, top with a spinach leaf and then a small tomato. And secure with a toothpick.
