Egg salad pâté

I love egg salads and always enjoy making them. They are good on their own, but when served with bread (or toast) they make a complete meal.
Ingredients for poached egg salad:

Mayonnaise

How to cook egg salad step by step with photos

Hard boil eggs, cool, peel and separate into egg whites and yolks.
Chop the egg whites finely and put them in a bowl. |

Add chopped onion and apple (you don't have to peel them). |
|
Add chopped scallion. |
|
In another bowl place the egg yolks, add the mustard and mayonnaise. |
|
Knead thoroughly until smooth. |
|
Add the beaten egg yolks to the salad. |
|
Stir well. |
