How to cook egg sausage step by step with photos

Boil eggs, cool them. Dice egg whites and beat egg yolks with a fork. Mix egg whites, egg yolks, salt and spices.

Put egg mass on clingfilm, wrap tightly in sausages. Boil water in a steamer, put the sausage in the steamer and cook for 15 minutes on high heat.

Let the sausage cool down completely. Cut sausage into slices.
