  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Sour cream - 1 tablepoon
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Sauce (1/2 teaspoon chili sauce) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Walnuts - to taste
  • Sweet paprika - to taste

How to cook an egg snack step by step with photos


Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and put them in muffin tins (I have a round muffin tin).

Take a big deep dish, a different size, put the egg dish in it, pour 0.5 liters of water over it.

Cover the top with foil and put it in a preheated oven up to 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Use your oven's specifics as a guide.

Take 3 baked egg yolks, add sour cream, mustard, chili sauce, salt.

Mash the mixture with a fork until smooth.

Place the mass in a pastry bag with a nozzle.

Spread the mass on baked egg whites and decorate the top with walnuts and paprika.

You may serve on the table.
