  • Green onion - 1 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook eggs "baltimore" step by step with photos


Boil eggs in hard boil, cool them down. Cut them in half with a sharp knife, being careful not to damage the shell.

Finely chop the egg whites and yolks and knead them with a fork. Mix with 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp melted butter and onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the eggshells with the mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Melt remaining butter and lay egg halves with breadcrumbs in the pan. Cover and keep on medium heat for a few minutes.

Serve hot.
