Here's my first step-by-step recipe! Eggs can be served like this. Very nice and sunny! The egg yolk is wonderfully soft and pliable, smears just like butter and retains its natural egg flavor.

How to cook eggs "cyclops" step by step with photos

You take the eggs and put them in the freezer for 24 hours. They can last longer, but no longer than 3 days. During the process the shell might burst (as on the photo) but the content does not run out!

At the end of the said day, take out these frozen eggs and put them to thaw at room temperature for about an hour.
