For stuffing

  • Chicken egg - 6 pcs
  • Milk - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Parsley (fresh) - 2 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise ("Maheev") - 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • Black pepper (ground - to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

For the sauce

  • Mustard (Dijon ) - 2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar (red wine, can be changed to apple or balsamic) - 2 teaspoon
  • Water - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

How to cook eggs step by step with photos


Boil the eggs, cool them, peel them

And cut it in half.

Take out the egg yolk and mash it with a fork.

Add milk, garlic (minced), parsley (finely chopped), salt, pepper

and 1 or 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir until smooth. Stuffing should be thick.

Stuff the eggs with the egg yolk mixture, leaving about 2 tablespoon for the sauce.)

Prepare the sauce: in a blender or by hand, combine all the ingredients for the sauce, except the olive oil. Whisking gradually, add oil.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan (use a brush to lightly coat). Place the eggs, cut-side down and stuffed. Fry for about 2 minutes.

The filling should have a golden brown on top.

Transfer eggs to plate. Pour sauce on top, around and garnish. I garnished with scallions and cherry tomatoes. P.S. You can toppings can be varied to your liking.
