  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Pistachios (unsalted) - 50 g
  • Greens (for decoration)

I really love blue cheese with mold, its bright flavor and sweet smell. You can't eat it in large quantities every day, but you can treat yourself to it for a holiday)
