Eggs stuffed with capers and cheese cream

To spice up your holiday table, you can make stuffed eggs with cheese cream. Capers add a spicy touch to this dish.
Ingredients for the eggs stuffed with capers and cheese cream:

(TM Cheese "Belebeyevsky" for stuffing and for sprinkling the ready meal)

Mayonnaise

2 tablespoon

How to cook eggs stuffed with capers and cheese cream step by step with photos

TM Cheese "Belebeyevsky" Grate on fine grater |

Boil chicken eggs, cut in two pieces. Take egg yolk out of egg halves. |
|
In a bowl add grated cheese, grated egg yolk. |
|
Pass garlic (1 clove) through a garlic press, add to the grated egg yolk and cheese mixture. Season the mixture with salt to taste. |
|
Add mayonnaise (2 Tbsp. spoon). |
|
Boil carrots and cut into small cubes. |
|
Add some chopped carrots to the grated cheese and egg yolk mixture. Knead the mixture well. |
|
Add capers (2 pcs.) in each egg yolk bowl. |
|
Add cream of cheese mixture. Decorate appetizer with dill sprigs and cubes of boiled carrots. |
|
Sprinkle the ready dish with grated cheese TM "Belebeyevsky".
