  • Salt
  • Greens
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Cream cheese - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 5 pcs
  • Garlic - 1-2 clove

How to cook eggs stuffed with cheese step by step with photos


Peel and grate carrots on a fine grater. Boil the eggs, peel and cut in half lengthwise, take out the yolks. In a bowl, mash egg yolks and add carrots.

Grate melted cheese on a fine grater, add the garlic.

Mix well with mayonnaise and salt.

Optionally add chopped greens. Fill egg halves with this mixture, put eggs on a plate, pour mayonnaise on top and sprinkle greens.
