Eggs Stuffed with Cheese

I won't be able to surprise anyone with stuffed eggs, but with stuffing, very much so!)))
Ingredients for the eggs stuffed with cheese:

Mayonnaise

Carrots

Cream cheese

Chicken egg

Garlic

How to cook eggs stuffed with cheese step by step with photos

Peel and grate carrots on a fine grater.
Boil the eggs, peel and cut in half lengthwise, take out the yolks.
In a bowl, mash egg yolks and add carrots. |

Grate melted cheese on a fine grater, add the garlic. |
|
Mix well with mayonnaise and salt. |
|
Optionally add chopped greens.
Fill egg halves with this mixture, put eggs on a plate, pour mayonnaise on top and sprinkle greens.
