Ingredients for the eggs stuffed with cheese and garlic:


  • Fried chicken egg (Boiled hard) - 2 pcs
  • Cheese (Type of Almette, can be processed cheese) - 4 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dill - 1 twig.
  • Spices (Optional: salt, pepper mix)
  • Cucumber - 4 slices.

How to cook eggs stuffed with cheese and garlic step by step with photos


Peel and cut the eggs lengthwise. Carefully take out the egg yolk and put it in a bowl.

Crush the egg yolk with a fork. Add cottage cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and finely chopped dill. Mix thoroughly. If you wish you can add a spoonful of mayonnaise. stuff eggs with stuffing. Cut cucumber slices and stick a cent in each half of egg. Decorate with a sprig of dill.
