  • Butter - 100 g
  • Sour cream - 4 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese - 200 g
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Dill (or parsley, for decoration)

How to cook Eggs Stuffed with Cheese Cream step by step with photos


Boil eggs in hard boil. Peel and cut in half. Take out egg yolk.

Stir in softened butter and egg yolk.

Add grated medium sliced cheese.

Stir well.

Gradually add sour cream to the mixture and knead until it becomes a fluffy mass. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
