Eggs stuffed with mackerel in mustard

A simple snack made of the most affordable ingredients. If you want, you can replace the mackerel with herring or any other fish. I have the easiest way to make it. You can also add chopped onion and greens to the stuffing, and for a festive table decorate it with a drop of mayonnaise!
Ingredients for the eggs stuffed with mackerel in mustard:
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs
- Mackerel (smoked) - 1/4 pc
- Mustard (HAAS Bavarian) - 2 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
How to cook eggs stuffed with mackerel in mustard step by step with photos

Boil, peel, cut in half lengthwise, then crack. Crush the egg yolk with a fork. |

Add mustard to the egg yolk. I use Bavarian HAAS mustard. |

Slice the mackerel. |

Add it to the eggs and mix it up. Add mayonnaise. |
|
Fill egg halves with stuffing. Decorate with greens if you like and serve. |
