Cooked Eggs Stuffed with Mackerel in Mustard

Time to cook: 15 minutes

Total Servings: 4

Nutritional Value

A simple snack made of the most affordable ingredients. If you want, you can replace the mackerel with herring or any other fish. I have the easiest way to make it. You can also add chopped onion and greens to the stuffing, and for a festive table decorate it with a drop of mayonnaise!

Boil, peel, cut in half lengthwise, then crack. Crush the egg yolk with a fork.

Add mustard to the egg yolk. I use Bavarian HAAS mustard.

Slice the mackerel.

Add it to the eggs and mix it up. Add mayonnaise.

Fill egg halves with stuffing. Decorate with greens if you like and serve.
