How to cook eggs stuffed with multicolored mousse step by step with photos

Peel boiled eggs, cut in half and carefully take out the yolks. Make green avocado mousse. Cook just before serving, not in advance!! Peel and shred the avocado flesh, drizzle with lemon juice to prevent it from turning black. Add the yolks, garlic to taste (you can do without it) and the mayonnaise with lemon juice from Maheev, it's just perfect for this stuffing, it makes it spicy. Whisk everything with a blender until it becomes a mousse. I did not salt it, since the mayonnaise is already salty.

The mousse will have a delicate green color.

Make a pink mousse. Combine the salmon and cream and blend until it becomes a mousse.

We get a mousse with a tender pink color.

All that's left is to stuff the egg halves with these mousses, decorate them with herbs and serve them at the feast table. The only thing to note is that you have to cook it before serving it and eat it first, since the avocado will inevitably get darker sooner or later, and it won't look the same. Bon appetit and happy new year!
