  • Avocado - 0,5 piece
  • Cheese curd - 80 g
  • Salmon (lightly salted) - 100 g
  • Dill (for decoration) - 2 sprigs.
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

How to cook eggs with avocado mousse and salmon step by step with photos


Boil eggs, cut in half, remove yolk.

Avocado peel, randomly slice. Add soy sauce, cottage cheese and beat with a blender to a smooth mass.

Fill egg halves with mousse.

Cut salmon into thin strips about 2-2.5 cm wide. Roll salmon into rolls and put eggs in the middle. Decorate with a sprig of dill.
