How to cook eggs with dried apricots and fish pate step by step with photos
Make fish pâté from boiled fish fillet. I recommend to boil fish fillets with basil or bay leaf.
Take the boiled fish fillets out of the broth and leave to cool. Then mash it with a fork. Combine with green onion, Kikkoman soy sauce, ground black pepper and ginger. If the mass is a bit dry add a little mayonnaise. I didn't need it. Because of the juiciness of the filet the mass turned out to be of a good consistency. |
Peel boiled eggs and cut them in half crosswise. |
From the bottom each part is cut so the egg half is stable. Shred the scraps and add them to the pâté, then shred the egg yolk. Leave a little egg yolk for decoration. |
Finely chop the apricots and put them in the egg... |
... Fill it with fish pâté. Garnish with grated egg yolk.
Serve up.
Bon appetit! :-) |
