Ingredients for Eggs with Tomato Salsa:


  • Chicken egg - 6 units
  • Tomato - 3 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Basil - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Parsley - 3 sprigs.
  • Vinegar (balsamic) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook eggs with tomato salsa step by step with photos


Boil soft boiled eggs. Chop them with a fork.

Make incisions in the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, leave to stand for a while, then drain and peel.

Finely chop the tomatoes and parsley. In a bowl combine the chopped tomatoes and parsley herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste, add balsamic vinegar, oregano and basil. Stir thoroughly and gently.

Place chopped eggs in serving cups, top with tomato dressing and serve!
