You need 4 bowls. Put 3 eggs in each one. Add turmeric in the first bowl and whisk

Pour in cream, salt and pepper and mix.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add a bit of butter. Fry the first omelette. When the bottom is set, flip them over and fry until golden brown.

Put the omelette into a baking dish lined with clingfilm.

Sprinkle generously with cheese.

For the second omelette add black olive tapenade to the eggs. If you don't have any, chop the olives with the olive oil, garlic and anchovy.

Pour in cream and season with pepper.

Fry on a mix of olive oil and butter.

Place in molds and sprinkle with cheese.

For third omelette add tomato paste, cream, salt and pepper to eggs.

Fry on both sides.

Then place in mold, sprinkle with cheese.

For fourth omelette add chopped greens (or spinach), cream, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

Fry, put in mold, sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cover with clingfilm, gently press down, put a plate on top. Once it's cooled, you can serve.

Turn the cake upside down on a prepared plate.

Slice it like a cake.

Bon appetit! :)
