It's time for Shrovetide, also known as Cheese Week (since believers no longer eat meat from this week), and in addition to, of course, pancakes and pancakes, you can prepare many different dishes from eggs, cheese and dairy products. This recipe may come in handy during the Easter week, Bright Week, when hard boiled eggs are especially popular, but you want to make something curious with them.

  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1/3 glass
  • Cream - 1/4 glass
  • Egg yolk - 2 units
  • Butter - 1 tablepoon
  • Greens (to taste, mine is for decoration)
  • Salt (to taste)

Here are the ingredients for this appetizer...

You boil the eggs, peel them and halve them.

At this point it was important that my husband did not come into the kitchen, because he really likes hard-boiled eggs, and the portion could at least shrink in size, if it survived at all!:)

Next we mix the flour with the cream and whipped egg yolks and salt.

Dip egg halves in the batter and fry both sides in butter until brown. The original recommendation was to serve this appetizer with buttered parsley sprigs, but I just decorated the dish with herbs :) "Decorator" I'm still just a beginner, but "Cookie" motivates me to learn how to do it!
