The egg is the magic food! Chefs continue to explore the magic of the egg and come up with new experimental dishes. I tried to implement one of these recipes, for this egg should be frozen. I think many people know that white egg perfectly withstands freezing without changing its structure, and thawed egg white can be used on a par with fresh one. The yolk is another matter. The egg yolk completely changes its texture after defrosting, it becomes similar to butter with a delicate consistency. It can be spread with a thin layer on toast or croutons, and make a nice snack. The first thing to do is to wash the eggs well. Then wrap each egg in clingfilm and put it in the freezer for 24 hours. After 24 hours we take out the frozen eggs. Cracked shell. Rinse the eggs under running hot water and peel them. Put them in a bowl and leave to defrost.

We separate thawed eggs into whites, which became liquid again, and yolks, which look like boiled eggs.

The yolks are ready, and only your imagination determines how to serve them. I did this: I cross-cut the egg yolks a little and salted them generously.

I sliced two slices of savory cheese with thin slices

Pan fried the ceviche on a dry griddle

I cut two loaves from a slice of white whole wheat bread, put the yolk on the bread, covered it with the sausage sticks and decorated it with a small sprig of dill. It was quite attractive. Tastes pretty good, too!
