  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Curcuma - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin (2-3 sprigs or dry) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cloves - 3-4 pcs
  • Black pepper (peas) - 10 units
  • Olive oil - 100 g

Boil the eggs until fully "cool", т.е., about 10 minutes. By the way, for marinating, it is better to take table eggs category C-2. They are half the size of the selected ones, but bigger than quail eggs.
