  • Fried chicken egg (Boiled, 1-1/2 per piece) - 2 pcs
  • Potatoes (boiled) - 1...2 pcs
  • Carrots (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Pickled cucumber - 1..2 pc
  • Green peas (canned, with a slide) - 2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream (yogurt, mayonnaise) - 2 tablespoon
  • Mustard (to taste and taste) - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 0.5 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook boiled eggs with side dishes step by step with photos


Peel boiled and cooled potatoes and carrots. Grate carrots in slices, not too long, but it doesn't matter Dice potatoes into medium sized cubes

Salted cucumber slices and fresh tomato cubes. I removed the seeds from the tomato, so as not to give excessive juice

Toss canned peas in a sieve to drain the liquid. Peel boiled eggs, cut them in half.

In a salad bowl, mix all the vegetables with sour cream (leave a bit for serving), salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice. Adjust to your taste. I sometimes add a little mayonnaise to the sour cream. The mustard can be omitted altogether.
