Ingredients for eggs stuffed with herring:


  • Chicken egg - 3 units
  • Herring (filet) - 100 g
  • Green onions - 1/2 bunch.
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

How to cook herring stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Boil the eggs. Halve three eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.

Shred the yolks and the rest of the egg. I used the GALAXY GL2300 and the rotary slicer attachment to chop the egg yolks.

Finely chop the herring.

Shred the onion.

Mix well, add mayonnaise. Stir once more.

Stuff half of the eggs with the stuffing and serve. Enjoy your dinner!
