  • Chicken egg - 4 units
  • Rice - 1/2 package.
  • Soy sauce (to taste)
  • Red caviar (for decoration)
  • Fish (as a main dish)
  • lump sugar - 4 pcs
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook Japanese omelette on a bed of rice step by step with photos

Cook rice, preferably one that becomes sticky enough when cooked so that we can easily form cushions.

Beat eggs with soy sauce and add sugar at the rate of about 1 more spoon of sauce per egg and 1 slice of raffinate "balance" each other.

In a non-stick pan (do not forget about sugar!) make an omelette. Let it cool. The rice should have cooled by then.

Form small pillows out of the rice and put them on a plate, top with a scrambled egg and some red caviar. It's perfect to serve with fried red fish!
