How to cook Japanese omelette on a bed of rice step by step with photos
Cook rice, preferably one that becomes sticky enough when cooked so that we can easily form cushions. |
Beat eggs with soy sauce and add sugar at the rate of about 1 more spoon of sauce per egg and 1 slice of raffinate "balance" each other. |
In a non-stick pan (do not forget about sugar!) make an omelette. Let it cool. The rice should have cooled by then. |
Form small pillows out of the rice and put them on a plate, top with a scrambled egg and some red caviar. It's perfect to serve with fried red fish! |
