How to cook Korean omelette step by step with photos

Whisk three eggs, add water and salt

Heat a pan, grease with oil

Pour egg mixture into pan and make pancake

As soon as the pancake has set, place a sprig of green onion on the edge and roll up the egg pancake. Instead of onions, you can put any greens or a strip of ham or roasted minced meat.

Push the roll to the edge of the pan. Grease the frying pan again, pour the egg mixture into the remaining space in the pan, roll up again and continue this way until the mixture runs out, don't forget to grease the frying pan with oil.

The secret - roll up the roll before it is completely browned, then the omelette won't be dry.

Slice the omelette and place on a plate

Enjoy your meal!
