Ingredients for a puffed omelet:


  • Chicken egg - 8 pcs
  • Mayonnaise (not greasy) - 150 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 1 glass
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Mushrooms - 250 g
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Greens

How to cook puff pastry omelette step by step with photos


Fry mushrooms (salt, pepper).

Chop onion and carrot and fry.

Mix mushrooms and vegetables.

Mix eggs, flour, mayonnaise, salt, pepper.

Fry 7-8 pancakes from the mix (as it will be).

Place stuffing on each pancake.

Mix melted butter with chopped greens and spread the mixture on the last pancake and sides of the omelette.
