I saw this appetizer in a cooking magazine. It's quick and quite tasty.
Ingredients for snack "nests":
-
Champignons
(fresh, large, just the caps)
-
quail egg
(by the number of mushrooms)
-
Carrots
(Korean, preferably spicier)
-
Spices
(salt, pepper and other spices - to your taste)
-
Green onions
How to cook appetizer "nests" step by step with photos
|
Peel and fry mushrooms in butter for a bit. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle (I had mushroom spices).
Arrange the caps on a plate and arrange the Korean carrots on top. |
|
Boil and peel the quail eggs and place them in each mushroom cap on top of the Korean carrots. |
|
Sprinkle our nests on top with chopped green onions, and sprinkle the eggs with spices.
I sprinkled black pepper and paprika.
The appetizer is ready.
