Ingredients for snack "nests":


  • Champignons (fresh, large, just the caps)
  • quail egg (by the number of mushrooms)
  • Carrots (Korean, preferably spicier)
  • Spices (salt, pepper and other spices - to your taste)
  • Green onions

How to cook appetizer "nests" step by step with photos


Peel and fry mushrooms in butter for a bit. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle (I had mushroom spices). Arrange the caps on a plate and arrange the Korean carrots on top.

Boil and peel the quail eggs and place them in each mushroom cap on top of the Korean carrots.

Sprinkle our nests on top with chopped green onions, and sprinkle the eggs with spices. I sprinkled black pepper and paprika. The appetizer is ready. BON APPETIT FOR EVERYONE!!!!!!
