  • Chicken egg (selected) - 2 pcs
  • Red caviar - 8 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Salad leaves / Lettuce (green, not bitter, arugula)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)

I make these rolls in a non-stick pan (!) in a 30 centimeter sized pan. The thin crêpes bake quickly and well. If the egg mass sticks to the pan, it won't make a roll. Let's proceed. Whisk eggs, add salt, ground black pepper and any finely chopped herbs we like. I like parsley and dill. Stir well. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil. Pour in egg mixture, put lid on and fry over medium heat until softened.

Then turn it upside down with the fried side (we do want to have a nice result)!) and roll up. Level both sides of the edges (trimmings can be put inside the roll or used for a salad). Cut the roll into equal slices (I have 8 pieces).

Then fix with decorative skewers (toothpicks). Put green salad leaves, ruccola and our rolls on the plate. Put 1 tsp.l. of caviar. Our Breakfast is ready.
