How to cook bacon omelet step by step with photos
Line a baking tray with parchment and arrange the bacon in a single layer. Put it in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 8 minutes. |
Dab the fried bacon with a napkin to remove the excess fat. Place on the rim of the muffin tin cups. |
Prepare the omelettes. Whisk eggs with milk, add chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. (If you have a particularly favorite spice - coriander, nutmeg, add them to the omelet - it will gain a pleasant aroma and savory flavor.) |
Carefully pour the egg mixture with a spoon into the inside of each bacon tin. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes more. |
When serving, garnish with chopped dill. Enjoy!! |
