How to cook scrambled eggs and corn chips step by step with photos

I made individually by portions. Put 1 teaspoon of millet flakes in the egg.

I used millet flakes from "Mistral".

Pour in a little milk.

Lately we like dried onions. They sell them ready-made in the Oriental food departments.

In addition to the onions, pile in some herbs, Himalayan salt, and tomato flakes.

Whisk in the egg mixture.

Pour by portions into silicone omelette tin.

Dip cherry tomato.

Bake in microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Tip on a saucer. Repeat with second batch. Make two omelet cubes.

For the chips, slice/cut corn tortilla (or pita thin) into triangles.

Fry in boiling oil for a minute.

Remove to paper towel.

Arrange to serve our breakfast. Place omelet cubes in the center of the plate, scatter corn from the can.

Scatter the corn chips around the edge of the plate.

Garnish with a drizzle of ketchup, slices of red onion and Brie cheese. Sprinkle with greens.

Well, all we have to do is to taste it before it gets cold?)))

It's more fun to start the day after such a satisfying tomorrow!
