  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • soy sauce (Kikkoman sauce) - 1.5 tablespoon
  • Cream (at least 20%) - 2 tablespoon
  • Crab Sticks - 100 g
  • butter (for frying) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook crab omelet step by step with photos


Let's get the ingredients ready and get started.

Break eggs into a bowl, add Kikkoman soy sauce and cream.

Whisk until fluffy.

Slice the crab sticks.

Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture in a frying pan heated with butter and put 1/3 of the crabsticks in the middle.

Once the omelet has browned, roll the edges toward the middle.

Flip omelet over and slide to the edge.

Pour in half of the remaining egg mixture so that it joins the omelet and also lay out half of the remaining crab sticks.

As we cook, roll up the omelet, pushing it to the edge.

Do the same with the rest of the egg mixture and the crab sticks.

Omelette ready.
