  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, mushrooms, shiitake) - 300 g
  • Chicken liver - 200 g
  • Baton - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill (dry) - 1 pinch.
  • Salt (sea) - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Basil
  • Green onions

How to cook omelette with mushrooms and chicken liver step by step with photos


Cut onion in half rings, garlic in slices

Slice mushrooms (I used mushrooms) in small pieces

Fry onion, garlic in olive oil. Add chopped mushrooms, dill, salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes. Add chicken liver and fry all together for 3 to 4 minutes.

Slice loaf and fry on toast. Beat eggs and add to liver and mushrooms, mix together. Once eggs are set, remove from heat. Place egg omelet on toast, sprinkle with greens
