Ingredients for scrambled eggs with stuffing:


  • Ground beef (beef) - 200 g
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • vegetable oil
  • Ginger (4-5 cm root)
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill (for decoration)

How to cook scrambled eggs step by step with photos


Prepare the products. that you see in this picture.

Heat vegetable oil in frying pan. Place finely chopped onions and garlic first. Add the ground beef and continue to fry until the meat is cooked. Grate ginger on a fine grater, squeeze out the juice and add to the pan with the minced beef. Add the Kikkoman soy sauce.

I forgot to show breadcrumbs in the first picture.

Since I do not have a square pan, in which the Japanese fry their omelets, I used a regular rectangular Teflon-coated pan, heated up some butter, put sprigs of dill on the bottom of the pan, and sprinkled it all with breadcrumbs to make it easier to wrap the omelet.

Beat three or four eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Pour gently into the mold. You can fry the omelet on the gas on top, or put it in the oven for a few minutes.

As soon as the omelet has set from the bottom, place minced meat in the middle and cook.

Gently roll up the omelet so that the filling is in the middle. Cool.

Serve by wrapping the omelette roll in a lettuce leaf.

If you wish, you can also wrap these rolls in pita bread.

If we plan to take the omelet on a picnic, we can wrap it in foil and reheat it on the grill.
