Ingredients for scrambled onion rings:

  • Crabsticks - 50 g
  • Onions (large) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Breadcrumbs / Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3 tablespoon
  • Milk - 150 ml
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Olive oil (vegetable )

How to cook scrambled eggs in onion rings step by step with photos

Slice onion rings about 7mm thick.

Unwrap the crab sticks

Wrap a piece of cheese in them

Cut the crabsticks into small pieces

Dip onion rings first in flour,

Then in milk and breadcrumbs.

Fry onion rings in a pan with olive oil until transparent, put crab dumplings and cheese in the ring.

Knead an egg on top and poach until the whites harden. Salt and pepper, cover the pan with a lid (chicken eggs must be taken not large, if such are not available, then in the onion ring you can pour the beaten eggs, pre-whisk them with a whisk, salt and pepper to taste)

On top you can sprinkle fresh greens and cheese to taste.
