Many of us probably made pita rolls at some point. And then one day I decided to make omelette rolls, they look no different from Japanese. But what I like is that they can be made with any type of filling.

Ingredients for the omelette rolls:


  • Rice ( TM"Mistral") - 0,25
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Milk - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt ( to taste)
  • Cucumber ( pickled) - 4 pcs
  • Soft cheese ( cottage cheese ) - 140 g

How to cook omelette rolls step by step with photos


Beat eggs with milk and salt. Bake pancakes as always

Brush them with butter and cool. Boil rice in salted water until tender. Cut cucumbers into slices.

Spread cottage cheese on the pancakes

Place cucumbers on half of the pancakes and rice on top

Roll up into rolls.

Let the rolls cool. Cut into rolls and place them in columns on the lettuce leaves.

For the rolls I used rice from TM"Mistral"
