  • Eggs - 4 Pieces
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Hollandaise cheese - 70 g

How to cook an omelette with cheese in a bowl step by step with photos

To make an omelette for 2 or 3 people, we take the above mentioned amount of products. Prepare the sachet (or a thick standard sachet, as described in the original recipe, but I used a caking sleeve). We start a pot with water on the fire, so that while we're making the omelet, the water has already begun to boil.

We beat the eggs with a whisk until frothy, add the milk and beat again. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and gently add to our mixture, stirring with a spatula to keep the airiness as much as possible. Salt to taste (you can add spices to taste, I was making it for a baby, so just salt).

Pour our mixture into the sleeve. Tie it well and put it in the boiling water. Once the water is boiling, turn it down to minimum, cover with a lid and forget it for 30 minutes. (I, of course, the first time ran and looked at the process :) ). The mass in the sachet will increase in size - that is normal.

We gently take out our omelet. It holds its shape well and doesn't stick to the château. Slice, decorate to taste.

That's how fluffy it is.
