Ingredients for Panagyurish eggs:


  • Chicken egg - 2-3 pcs
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Yogurt (10% yogurt or sour cream) - 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Sweet paprika - to taste
  • Red hot pepper - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Garlic - 1-2 clove

How to cook eggs Panagyurky step by step with photos


Grate bryndza and garlic. Add yogurt.

Stir everything and spread out in a thin layer on a plate.

Pour water and vinegar into the pan. Bring to the boil and gently crack the eggs. Use a slotted spoon to scramble eggs from the bottom so they don't stick to the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes

Serve the eggs on top of the cheese mixture. Melt butter and add paprika and red hot pepper. Stir briefly and remove from heat.

Drizzle oil over the dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve at once. Enjoy!!
