Heat water to a boil and turn down the gas to minimum. We take ONLY a metal ladle. I, unfortunately, did not have such, took a plastic one, greased with vegetable oil

I beat an egg in a ladle and put it in the pan so that the water does not come out. The water doesn't have to boil. It just comes to a boil. I make toast at the same time so I don't waste time

The egg white will gradually curdle. Approximate boiling time of 4 minutes. I, of course, had a long song, I stood with a plastic ladle for 10 min. When the egg is completely white, separate the egg from the wall with a knife or fork along the edge. It comes off very easily. You can put the egg in a salad, on toast, in a soup - there are lots of options. In my case, toast. I fried them in a regular pan with a little vegetable oil and some Provencal herbs. I put a poached egg on top and sprinkled some greens
