Ingredients for scrambled eggs:

  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Hard cheese - 30 g
  • Fish (red salted) - 50 g
  • Cereal flakes (oats TM "Mistral", or other cereal flakes) - 2 tablespoon
  • Butter (optional) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook egg porridge step by step with photos

A very simple recipe, but so much room for the imagination. We make egg porridge with any type of additives- red fish, cheese, tomatoes, ham, mushrooms, etc. Today I'd like to treat you to some red fish and oatmeal porridge. Grate the cheese and finely chop the fish. Grate the garlic through the press.

Pour hot water into a bigger saucepan and put it on the fire. A smaller saucepan should be cool, with a heavy, thick bottom. Beat the eggs at room temperature into it. Put the pan with the eggs in the hot water, lower the flame to slightly less than medium and start to stir the eggs with the wooden spatula.

When the eggs start to set, we pour in the flakes, the fish and the cheese. Add olive oil and optionally butter.

For this porridge it would be very interesting to use olive oil with some distinct flavor and aroma. I'm using truffle flavored oil today, but more often I use garlic oil. Stir and remove from the heat.

Spoon the porridge into beautiful molds or shot glasses and serve with thinly sliced toasted toast, which we use instead of spoons.
